Benefits of Green Beans Puree:

Just one cup of green beans contains 66 mg of calcium. Green beans are also packed full of vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin A and manganese.

Vitamin A plays an important role in your baby's vision and bone growth. It also helps protect his or her body from infections. Vitamin A also promotes the health and growth of cells and tissues in your baby's body.

Manganese in green beans is essential for healthy bones. It also reduces the symptoms of asthma and is a powerful, energy-providing antioxidant.

Green beans are also high in potassium, which is good for maintaining healthy blood pressure, helps with muscle function and heart rhythm and, in later years, may reduce the risk of kidney stones and osteoporosis.

The folate in green beans is good for a healthy cardiovascular system for your baby.

The phosphorous in green beans is responsible for filtering waste, repairing tissue and cells and keeping your baby's bones strong and healthy.
